The in-market program

Find buyers before they start shopping.

Our in-market program starts with vehicle ownership data, not guesswork. Predictive models flag households in your market likely to buy, lease or need service in the next 30 to 180 days, and we put your store in front of them before your competitors do.

Every household in your area, at the level that matters for selling and servicing cars.

Measurement

The scoreboard is vehicles sold

Clicks and form fills are not the goal. We measure results against actual vehicle sales, and we review them with you every month.

  • Sold-vehicle match-back against the households we reached
  • Who bought from you, and who bought from a competitor
  • Market share and distribution reports by ZIP code
  • Results by audience, campaign, model and channel
  • A control group held out where volume allows
  • A monthly review that turns the numbers into next month’s plan

Answers to the questions that drive your month

What should we stock?

See which models and segments are in demand in your market before you place the order.

Where is the demand?

Find the ZIP codes that hold the most in-market households for the vehicles on your lot.

Where are we winning or losing?

Market share insights show where you win, where you lose, and to whom.

Honest expectations

What the data can do, and what it cannot

We would rather tell you now than surprise you later.

Predictions are probabilities

In-market means more likely than average. It is not a promise to buy, which is why we reach each household more than once.

Not everyone can be matched online

Digital match rates are below 100%, and smaller markets produce smaller audiences. Mail reaches the rest.

Sales reporting takes time

Vehicle sales show up in the data after they are reported, so final results for a month arrive after the month ends.

Compliance comes first

Credit-based offers run only through compliant prescreen programs with a firm offer of credit. Calls and texts go only to people who gave consent.

Audiences need refreshing

Markets move. We refresh audiences on a regular schedule so your targeting keeps pace.

It works best as a team

The program performs best when someone at your store owns the follow-up. Our AI employees make that part easy.

Questions dealers ask

Straight answers

Where does the data come from?

The program is built on vehicle ownership data, consumer marketing data and predictive models from a national automotive data provider. We use it to build audiences and measure results for your store.

Is this the same as buying leads?

No. These are not people who raised their hand. They are households whose ownership patterns suggest they are likely to buy, lease or need service soon. We reach them with mail, email, social and streaming, and when they respond, AI employees answer in seconds.

Will you call or text these households?

No. Purchased and modeled audiences are used for mail, email and advertising only. Calls and texts go only to people who contacted your store or gave consent.

How accurate is in-market?

In-market means more likely than average, not a promise to buy. That is why we reach a household across several channels, refresh audiences on a regular schedule, and measure results against actual vehicle sales.

How do you measure results?

We match sold vehicles back to the households we reached, show you who bought from you and who bought elsewhere, and review market share with you every month. Where volume allows, we hold out a control group to show what the campaign added.

Can you target by credit or equity?

Credit-based offers can only run through compliant prescreen programs with a firm offer of credit. We will tell you exactly what is allowed and build the campaign around it.

See the in-market opportunity around your store

We will size the audiences in your market by model, distance and timing, and show you how we would reach them.
