1. Program description

Voicelink Solution Corporation sends text messages to dealership owners, managers and salespeople who ask to hear from us. Messages are about the request you made and the services you asked about, including:

Replies to questions you send through our website, chat or phone
Confirmations and reminders for calls you book with us
Follow up about a Store Checkup you submitted
Account and service notices for customers
Tips, offers and product updates, only if you separately opted in to promotional messages

2. How you opt in

You opt in by checking the text message consent box on one of our website forms or booking pages and submitting it, or by texting us first. The consent boxes are unchecked by default and are optional: you can submit our forms without agreeing to receive texts. Promotional messages have their own separate consent box.

3. How to opt out

Reply STOP to any message to cancel. You can also reply END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE or QUIT. We will send one message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will not receive further texts unless you opt in again. To start again, reply START.

4. Help

Reply HELP to any message for help, call us at (201) 987-9080 or email [email protected].

5. Frequency and cost

Message frequency varies based on your request and your appointments. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan.

6. Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your wireless carrier and coverage.

7. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and the account holder of the mobile number, or have the account holder’s permission, to opt in.

8. Privacy

We use your information as described in our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes, and text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. The current version is always posted at voicelinksolution.com/sms-terms.
